By using the Mr. Drycleaner app and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Customers must provide correct details for pickup and delivery, and ensure that all garments handed over are properly checked. While we take utmost care in handling your clothes, Mr. Drycleaner will not be responsible for any damage to delicate items, including but not limited to embellishments such as beads, stones, or pearls (moti), which may fall off during the cleaning process.
We do not guarantee 100% removal of all stains, as some stains may be permanent or difficult to remove despite professional cleaning methods. Customers are requested to inform us in advance about any special fabric, expensive garments, or existing damage.
All services are subject to availability, and delivery timelines may vary depending on workload or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All payments made are non-refundable under any condition.
